About HR Lead Position

We are seeking an HR Lead who combines strong operational management with strategic vision. This role is ideal for someone who can organize and optimize HR operations, enhance recruitment efficiency, and provide strategic HR advice to the Board of Management (BOM) based on a deep understanding of the talent market

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, QA, and business roles across Vietnam.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build scalable sourcing pipelines.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer branding to attract top tech talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws, tax, and social insurance regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and policies aligned with ISO standards.
  • Oversee visa, work permit, and relocation processes for expatriates and regional staff.
  • Implement HRIS systems and automation tools to improve efficiency.

Compensation, Benefits & Performance

  • Administer competitive compensation structures aligned with company growth phases.
  • Oversee payroll, compliance, and benefits management in partnership with finance.
  • Implement and manage performance review cycles and competency frameworks.

Leadership & People Strategy

  • Advise leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Build and mentor a small HR team to support the company’s 5-year expansion plan.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues.

Organization Development & Culture

  • Partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the HR field, including at least 3 years in a team management role
  • Strong experience in Legal and Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including labour regulations, labour law application, compliance practices, HR policies
  • Experience in organizing and optimizing processes related to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Administration
  • Strong understanding of market trends and workforce planning.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to provide data-driven HR insights to senior management.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
