Job Description

1. Recruitment (30%)

Clarify hiring needs with Hiring Managers (scope, responsibilities, requirements).

Execute end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer.

Build strong networks across channels and stay updated on hiring trends.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze resignation reasons.

Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

2. Training (20%)

Organize orientation programs: logistics, data tracking, attendance, training delivery, and reporting.

Support internal training and events: logistics, invitations, attendance, reporting (e.g., AEON Annual Survey, Massive Re-training).

3. C&B (20%)

Manage payroll, PIT, and social insurance processes.

Handle labor contracts and employee profile updates.

4. Employee Relations & Performance (15%)

Support performance review process and data analysis.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events (Best Employee, Long Service, Health Check, etc.).

5. HR management & Reports (5%)

Monitor staff attendance, dress code, and compliance.

Maintain and provide HR reports as needed.

Track HR documents and files (onboarding, health checks, etc.).

6. Other duties (10%)

Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 01 year of related experience in HR (TA / C&B is a plus)
  • Good command of English (verbal & written)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skill
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
  • Customer focused, detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
  • Be able to work shifts & on Public holidays
