Job Description

Facility & Asset Management

  • Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary items for smooth operations
  • Coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
  • Procure goods and services according to operational needs while considering quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to obtain the best prices and optimal services.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and contract execution.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for various office needs, such as cleaning services, catering, and equipment maintenance.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Handling travel arrangements and accommodation for local employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Support expatriate employees onboarding, visa processing, housing and administrative arrangements
  • Monitor licensing and regulatory compliance related to company facilities, including building permits, operational vehicles, and workplace regulations.
  • Oversee renewal of certifications and licenses related to office operations and supporting facilities.
  • Managing company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring proper documentation

Employee Experience

  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations, coordinating IT setup, and providing necessary resources.
  • Overseeing the management of company-wide communication channels, such as email distribution lists and internal messaging platforms.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

Compliance & Reports

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage the General Affairs budget and prepare financial reports related to facility expenditure.
  • Providing administrative support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in General Affairs, Procurement, or Facility Management.
  • Proficiency in Korean language (advanced level – TOPIK 5 or above preferred).
  • Strong understanding of asset management, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with report writing and data analytics.
