About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern (Creative & Product Research) who’s curious, analytical, and passionate about global e-commerce.
You’ll help the marketing and creative teams discover new product trends, analyze top-performing ads, and generate insights that drive our next "winning products" and ad campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
This is a hands-on internship designed for fast learners who want to understand how creativity, data, and marketing psychology come together to scale real e-commerce brands worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Research trending products and customer insights across global markets.
- Analyze top-performing ads to identify key creative hooks and patterns.
- Support the team in creating ad briefs and product validation reports.
- Track campaign results and summarize creative learnings for future testing.
- Collaborate with the creative, media, and product teams to spot new opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends, viral content, and e-commerce innovation.
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about consumer behavior.
- Good English reading & writing skills for research and documentation.
- Passion for social media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and online shopping.
- Basic understanding of advertising, design, or data analysis is a plus.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
