Mục đích công việc:

To be in charge of all planning and ordering activity of Trading brands and Private labels, include but not limited product development, buying & selling planning; monitor sales, control stock & inventory.

Mô tả công việc:

• Strategize, develop and propose annual buying & selling plans that support the category targets and brand strategies.
• Work direct with Manufacturers & Designers to develop the new category, new product & packaging
• Explore and recommend principals, category, and products, pricing (retailing and wholesale).
• Propose and proceed whole purchasing orders process.
• Plan and follow up payment process with international principals.
• Allocation planning for category and products to store levels as well as online channels.
• Capture understanding of market competitors to deliver improved performance across all planning responsibilities.
• Proceed and Assist junior with pre-booking (qualify products and propose product list to book in advance of market).
• Analysis and preparation of sales reports, control stock management.
• Partner with marketing, visibility & sales teams to communicate, visual layout direction, and sales pushing smoothly.
• Long term and short term inventory management and support.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificates in Business, Marketing

Field of knowledge: Product Innovation; Procurement; Import/Export; Marketing/Sales

At least 2-year of working experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in slow-moving consumer good/fashion/retails.

Strong computer skills, Excel is a must. Retail math skills necessary to understand financial results of performance measures

• Good in communication both English & Vietnamese
