Game Project Manager (English Or Korean Speaking)

• Plan video and playable ad creatives and establish advertising strategies.

• Analyze the performance of past ad creatives and develop future execution plans based on the findings.

• Discover new ad creative ideas, benchmark competitors’ ad materials, and analyze market trends.

• Work closely with the creative production team, UA team, and development team to produce optimized ad creatives.

• A “hacker mindset” with a tendency to deeply dive into one subject.

• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with curiosity about both results and root causes.

• Frequent consumer of short-form content such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.

• Comfortable working in a self-directed environment and able to work in a well-organized manner.

• Ability to communicate in English or Korean
