Fresher Business Analyst Tiếng Nhật (JP N3+)

Business Analysts are responsible for understanding the client’s business need, capturing

the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct

requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers.

Report directly to supervisor(s) and Project Manager if required

Work with project team members and others if any

Participate in all software development activities following Scrum practice

Perform the following under the coaching of supervisor(s) and Project Manager

Excellent command of Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills) equivalent

to JLPT N3 or higher, can facing customer smoothly

Have IT background and interest in developing a career as a Business Analyst are nice to

have

Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in domains such as Retail, Logistics,

Transportation, Aviation, etc. Experience working at IT companies is a plus.

Able to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Good learning capability
