Job Description

  • Support and coordinate improvement projects related to payment operations, user experience, and cost optimization — including checklist creation, process design, issue tracking, and performance monitoring dashboards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify key insights, highlight challenges, and propose data-backed improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth and timely payment flows for users, merchants, and drivers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Keep payment and related reports accurate and up to date for management use.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-moving environment — ideally within e-commerce, consulting, or similar fields focused on process improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with great attention to detail; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
