Job Description

We are looking for experienced Sales, responsible for building & implementing sales strategies, boosting

sales & market share, and developing relationships with key customers & partners, identity opportunities

of growth.



- Develop & implement a business plan to achieve the company's business goals.

- Identify & develop new customers.

- Maintain knowledge of the company's products & services to be able to recommend suitable

products & applications to customers.

- Capture existing & potential customer needs, competitor activities & give feedback to the product team.

- Contract negotiations.

- Provide excellent customer service & developstrong relationships with existing customers.



Requirements

- +3 years of experience in business development with software/technology products for B2B customers.
- Ability to build good relationship with customers & partners.
- Good communication, situation handling & problem solving skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently & coordinate with product, implementation & marketing teams
- Sales experience with products such as call center, CRM, eKYC, security, AI, smart card... is a great advantage.
- Experience in business development in finance, banking, insurance in Vietnam is a great advantage.
- Read & speak English well. Speaking Japanese is an advantage.
