ESL Teacher (Secondary Level) – FOREIGN TEACHER

• Plan, prepare and deliver high quality English language teaching courses that meet the needs of different student groups taking into account individual learning styles
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout the term/course
• Contribute to the development, evaluation and improvement of the courses and materials
• Carry out other academic-related duties to specific standards, including but not limited to: Preparing lesson plans, grading students’ homework, making student evaluations, attending parents’ meetings, attending required IEG training and professional development sessions, supporting IEG when needed to advise parents and students on the best study plan
• Support local marketing and promotional strategy, and assist the teaching center team in delivering excellent customer service
  
  

• English Native Speakers from United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.
• At least a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, a degree in Education/ Primary Education or Linguistic preferred.
• Cambridge CELTA/Trinity cert TESOL (global minimum standard) or Recognized diploma in EFL i.e. DELTA or Recognized Primary teaching qualification or CELTYL/TYLEC
• At least Six month post-certificate teaching experience
• Exceptional Communication, Presentation and Critical thinking skills
• A team player combined with a high degree of work ethics and integrity
