Job Description:

1. Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ vòng đời của các thiết bị sản xuất trực tiếp trong công ty: lắp đặt, chạy thử, bàn giao, điều chuyển, niêm phong thiết bị không sử dụng, thanh lý.
   
   Responsible for the full lifecycle of direct production equipment in the company: installation, commissioning, handover, transfer, sealing of idle equipment, and scrapping.
2. Quản lý sử dụng và bảo trì thiết bị sản xuất trực tiếp: kịp thời sửa chữa các sự cố, thực hiện bảo dưỡng; kiểm tra, giám sát việc sử dụng thiết bị; lập kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ, bảo dưỡng phòng ngừa và đảm bảo thực hiện đúng quy định bảo dưỡng thiết bị.
   
   Manage the use and maintenance of direct production equipment: promptly repair various equipment failures, carry out maintenance; inspect and supervise equipment usage; prepare and execute maintenance and preventive maintenance plans, and ensure adherence to maintenance regulations.
3. Thực hiện rà soát tồn kho an toàn phụ tùng thay thế của các bộ phận dễ hỏng trên thiết bị và lập phương án ứng phó; đảm bảo khi thiết bị gặp sự cố có thể vận hành lại kịp thời, giảm thiểu thiệt hại và đảm bảo an toàn.
   
   Conduct safety stock reviews for spare parts of easily damaged components of equipment and prepare contingency plans; ensure timely equipment operation in case of failure to reduce losses and maintain safety.
4. Quản lý, phân công công việc, đánh giá và bổ nhiệm kỹ sư thiết bị, kỹ sư điện, nhân viên nhà xưởng, nhân viên bảo trì thiết bị thuộc bộ phận.
   
   Manage, assign tasks, evaluate, and appoint equipment engineers, electrical engineers, facility staff, and equipment maintenance personnel in the department.
5. Phụ trách đề xuất mua sắm linh kiện thiết bị, theo dõi tiến độ và nghiệm thu hàng khi nhận.
   
   Responsible for initiating procurement of equipment spare parts, tracking progress, and accepting goods upon arrival.
6. Kiểm tra tình trạng vận hành thiết bị của nhà máy và an toàn điện; hướng dẫn kỹ thuật vận hành cho nhân viên, chấn chỉnh thao tác sai.
   
   Inspect the operation of factory equipment and electrical safety; provide technical guidance to employees and correct improper operations.
7. Hoàn thành công việc chuyên môn và các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.
   
   Complete assigned duties and other tasks assigned by superiors.

Kiến thức, kỹ năng:

1. Có chứng chỉ trình độ phù hợp với vị trí.
2. Thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng cơ bản như WPS và phần mềm CAD.
3. Thành thạo sử dụng các dụng cụ sửa chữa điện và khí nén.
   
   Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
4. Holds relevant certification for the position.
5. Proficient in using basic office software such as WPS and CAD software.
6. Skilled in using various electrical and pneumatic maintenance tools.
