Ecommerce Specialist

1. Online Sales:

• Execute and support daily sales on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok) and internal sales channels.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Manage pre- and post-sale customer support.
• Ensure service excellence aligned with company standards.
• Generate and analyze customer service reports.

3. Order & Logistics:

• Track order status and delivery performance.
• Monitor inventory across e-commerce platforms and internal systems.

4. Internal Process Management:

• Handle administrative tasks: contracts, settlements, reconciliations, liquidation, and more.

5. Additional Tasks

• Support other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

1. Education background

• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, BA, Economic,… or related majors.

2. Experience

• 2+ year of experience in E-commerce, Sales, or Home Appliances field.
  
  Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital marketing campaigns is a plus.

3. Skills

• Good command of English or Chinese (written & spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management & organization.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
