About the role

Key Outcomes:

Timely and accurate preparation of HVAC Estimates including:

• Running Heat loads
• Drawing duct designs/layouts
• Preparing job estimates in Aroflo
• Raising purchase orders for unit and ductwork
• Drafting VBA certificate of compliance related to the job
• Completing preliminary designs for clients
• Assisting with pricing as required

All estimates to be completed within 48 hours of receiving the client order.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage Estimates, Quotes and Job plans.
• Execute judgment across a range of engineering related to the Design and installation and heating and cooling systems, consulting relevant staff where applicable. [HV1]
• Ensure key stakeholders are up to date on the performance of the operations, risks and are abreast of relevant issues, and ensure accurate and timely communication between management and employees.[HV2] [HV3]
• Design & develop drawing and schematics for custom parts
• Follow up clients for variations if their purchase order does not agree with the plans provided.

• Previous understanding of Aroflo & Plandroid
• Understanding of HVAC design within Australian regulations.
• Computer literacy
• A reasonable command of English both written and verbal. IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) is preferred
