Digital Media Leader

- Develop and execute digital media strategy across major platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and YouTube, for both branding and commerce purposes.

- Drive sales performance by turning traffic into revenue through media campaigns and performance tracking.

- Plan and manage a high-efficiency content calendar, especially focusing on short-form video content aligned with brand and sales goals.

- Apply data-driven decision-making to continuously analyze performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize media return on investment (ROI).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media for E-commerce, with proven experience at supervisor or leader level.

- Strong commercial mindset and performance marketing background, with a solid track record in ROI optimization.

- Proficient in data analysis, digital tools, and cross-platform campaign management.
