Điều Phối Viên Trải Nghiệm Khách Hàng (Áo Dài Experience Coordinator)

BYFAS is the house of Vietnam Luxury Silk & Couture, pioneering the art of combining haute couture, silk craftsmanship, and Vietnamese heritage. At Anna Hạnh Lê Couture Art (New World Saigon), we curate exclusive experiences for international travelers and luxury communities through Áo Dài workshops, cultural storytelling, and couture showcases.

We are looking for a Cultural Storyteller & Guest Experience Coordinator (Áo Dài Ambassador) who will serve as both the face of Vietnamese heritage and the experience manager for our luxury workshops.

This role combines cultural storytelling, guest hosting, and 5-star hospitality operations. You will ensure each workshop runs seamlessly — from guest arrival and luxury refreshments to immersive storytelling and couture styling.

1. Cultural Storytelling & Hosting

Lead international and local guests through the story of Áo Dài, silk heritage, and couture craftsmanship (in English or bilingual).

Deliver inspiring, elegant presentations about Vietnamese culture and fashion identity.

Guide guests in trying Áo Dài, styling with accessories, and capturing memorable moments.

2. Guest Experience & Operations Management

Manage logistics of each workshop: guest reception, seating, F&B light luxury refreshments, setup/tear-down.

Ensure every touchpoint reflects 5-star hospitality standards.

Coordinate with team members (stylists, sales consultants, photographers).

Troubleshoot and handle guest requests with grace and professionalism.

3. Luxury Brand Representation

Embody the image of BYFAS & Anna Hạnh Lê Couture with refined etiquette.

Support luxury events, VIP visits, cultural showcases, and partnerships at New World Saigon

Background in hospitality, event management, or cultural tourism (5-star hotel experience preferred).

Excellent storytelling, public speaking, and hosting skills in English (other languages like French, Japanese, Korean are a plus).

Strong organizational and operations management skills.

Refined appearance, elegant presence, and service-oriented mindset.

Passion for Vietnamese culture, Áo Dài, and luxury fashion.

Ability to work flexible hours (based on workshop & event schedules)
