Job Overview

Innotech Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and proactive DevOps Intern to join our Engineering team. This role offers hands-on experience with automation tools, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices including continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD). As a DevOps Intern, you will contribute to improving our development and deployment workflows while gaining practical exposure to real-world systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Support environment and infrastructure setup on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Automate development or operational tasks using Bash, Python, or Shell scripts.
• Help monitor system performance and application health using appropriate tools.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the DevOps team.
• Document workflows, configurations, and automation scripts for internal reference.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Support infrastructure and environment setup on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Help automate operational tasks using scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Monitor system health and application performance using standard monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with software engineers and other team members to improve internal processes.
• Document processes, scripts, and infrastructure configurations.

• 3rd or 4th year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line usage.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Vultr, or Azure.
• Experience working with physical servers or virtualization tools like VirtualBox is a plus.
• Interest in learning DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
