Job Description

- Preparing the architectural drawings of construction design.

- Preparing the shop drawings of architectural items for construction work.

- Preparing or check the as-built drawings .

- Preparing the specification based on the standard, value of engineering save cost confirmation, variation order, tender documents, manager requests.

- Coordinate with structure, MEP designer/ sub-con to revise update and finalize the design to serve the construction work.

- Check and combine the structural, architectural, MEP technical or shop drawing submited from sub-con, the material submited from suplier to fit with the design requirement.

- Make 2D, 3D detail drawing, sketch drawing to explain to the client to get approval, instruct to the site team, sub-con to carry out the constrution work smoothly.

- Work under Design Manager, team leader and cooperate with other team members to complete the design works on time, catch-up construction schedule on site.

- Preparing or checking other design works, design items base on Design manager requests, comments.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in architectural major.

- Have at least 3 years experience in design work.

- Can read and present drawings in English. (Speaking English and experience worked for foreign company, Japanese company is the pluses)

- Proficient using Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, V-ray / Enscape / Luminon and others design and office sotfware (Revit and Bim skill is a plus).

- Junior architects are acceptable with good skill and background level.

- Experience of commercial facility project as a designer is also acceptable.

- Available to work over time if necessary.
