Dealer Marketing Executive

o Key Contact with dealer/branch to overall support.

o Guide Dealer/branch usage and ensure they follow CI&BI.

o Check, advise, follow up and support dealers/branch to carry out marketing activities

o Implement the evaluation result of dealer’s marketing activities

o Work with Regional Marketing to get approval and process with dealer/branch.

o Periodically contact dealers to update marketing plan

o Request for approval and payment for dealer’s event support

o Weekly/Monthly summary all dealer’s activities

o Update dealer’s activities on website and fan-page

o Provide marketing materials and give guideline/advice to new dealers

o Follow up with dealers to keep update all marketing materials to maintain good image for customer-satisfaction

o Support all event and experiential activities

o Other tasks assigned by managers/supervisors

o Male/ Female from 26 - 32

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field

o At least 3-year experience in the same role, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing or Activation Marketing

o Experience in automobile company is preferable

o Good command of spoken and written in English.

o Strong capability to multi-task.

o Ability to travel for business when required.

o IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

o Organisation and time management, keeping to deadlines.

o Ability to work under pressure
