Data Analyst

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to underwriting, claims, customer behavior, and policy performance.

- Develop dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders.

2. Business Insights & Strategy:

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support risk assessment and decision-making.

- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, pricing strategies, and customer retention.

3. Insurance Sales Improvement:

- Analyze sales performance data to identify key drivers, trends, and areas for improvement.

- Develop predictive models to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing customers.

- Segment customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns that align with customer needs.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and track campaign performance.

4. Predictive Modeling & Risk Assessment:

- Work with actuarial teams to build predictive models for claims probability and fraud detection.

- Assist in developing risk-scoring models for policy underwriting.

5. Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Clearly communicate findings through presentations, visualizations, and written reports.

- Work closely with Managers and BoD to find out their needs on an AI-ML roadmap

- Graduated from University with a major in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields.

- At least 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the Insurance, Finance, or Banking sectors.

- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Eager to learn, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

- Experienced in Insurance Industry

- Preferred Qualifications
