Job Description

  • Support the Customer Relationship team in maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving basic issues through phone, email, or chat.
  • Help prepare client proposals, presentations, and other related documents.
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timely support for clients.
  • Gather feedback from customers and contribute ideas to improve service quality.
  • Perform administrative and support tasks as assigned.
