Compliance (Csr Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, update, and implement compliance policies in line with international standards and customer codes of conduct.

Coordinate internal audits and support external audits from brands and third parties.

Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation.

Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees.

Work closely with production and other departments to resolve findings or corrective action requests.

Participate in sustainability and CSR projects to enhance Unipax’s reputation and global brand partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Trade, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance / CSR / Audit (preferably in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods).

Knowledge of labor laws, environmental standards, and international certifications (SA8000, ISO 14001, FLA, CTPAT, Fairtrade...).

Good English communication and report-writing skills.

Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, proactive, and team-player.
