Job Description

1. Compensation & Benefit Operation Management

- Manage monthly time attendance, payroll, and bonus processes accurately and on time.

- Oversee all tasks related to compulsory insurances (Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance) and Personal Income Tax (PIT).

- Manage employee profiles and labor contracts; handle all personnel documentation from onboarding to resignation.

2. Policies and Procedures Development

- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, internal labor regulations, collective labor agreements, and short/long-term incentive programs.

- Recommend improvements aligned with budget, market trends, and corporate objectives.

- Design, develop, and update HR policies, procedures, forms, and systems to support the implementation of total rewards initiatives.

3. Rewards Development

- Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking surveys and conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness.

- Manage job evaluation, leveling, and grading processes.

- Develop salary, bonus, and welfare frameworks appropriate for each job level.

- Take charge of salary review cycles, merit budgets, bonus plans, and performance recognition programs.

- Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees understand and value the company’s total rewards programs.

4. Compliance Management

- Ensure all compensation, benefits, and welfare programs comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.

- Manage employee compliance with company rules; handle labor disciplinary cases in accordance with legal and internal standards.

5. Plan and Control Budget

- Develop the annual HR budget plan.

- Control monthly HR budgets, tracking actual costs versus planned budgets.

- Prepare HR reports and analyses on personnel costs and related expenses.

6. HRIS Management

- Manage and maintain all employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

- Develop and update HRIS to ensure effective delivery of all HR modules.

7. Other Tasks

- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager in alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in employee compensation and total rewards.

3. Skill:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent negotiation and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
