Job Description

Market Expansion:

  • Research and introduce the company’s products to Global B2B, D2C customers.
  • Build and continuously update a customer database to support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and customer care plans.
  • Implement trade promotion programs, discount campaigns, special offers, and flash sales for clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage Global B2B, D2C customers by industry group or project, identify potential clients, and provide sales consultation and relationship development.
  • Connect customers with the company and report market insights to support effective sales planning in assigned territories.
  • Assist customers in handling defective or returned products.
  • Maintain strong relationships and build long-term trust with customers.

Product Distribution:

  • Be responsible for distributing products to assigned customers.
  • Forecast sales performance to help the company maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensuring no stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Comply with company policies on trade support programs, promotions, discounts, and sales incentives offered to customers.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in positions such as Global Sales Executive, Global Business Development Executive, or other equivalent roles.
  • Proven experience in Global B2B, D2C sales in fields such as Fashion, Home Appliances, FMCG, Corporate Gifts & Services, or Product Development.
  • Strong network and relationships with organizations and enterprises involved in global customer development.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly responsible in work.
