Job Description

  • Thoroughly understand the CEO’s business strategy and translate it into actionable plans to achieve targets.
  • Lead negotiations and partnerships with KOLs/KOCs and MCN networks (especially TAP talent platforms).
  • Manage multiple brands and platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) within KOL/KOC collaboration projects.
  • Break down overall sales targets into clear, achievable goals for both the team and individuals.
  • Develop and execute Affiliate models aligned with brand strategy to drive advocacy and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies, MCNs, and KOL/KOCs to ensure alignment between brand and Affiliate activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize Affiliate performance to meet KPIs in sales, traffic, and conversion.
  • Consolidate monthly livestream schedules across KOL/KOC/TAP/MCN groups and measure each session’s effectiveness.
  • Oversee top KOL livestreams, providing support and follow-through.
  • Register for campaigns, coordinate sample deliveries, and track daily livestream activities.
  • Manage and motivate the BD Sales team, ensuring proper task allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Build SOPs to streamline workflow and improve team performance.
  • Break down overall revenue goals into realistic targets for each team member.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and experience in Affiliate or Livestream operations.
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial focus and target-driven mindset.
  • Highly proactive, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Proven team management and leadership experience.
  • Strong digital mindset and ability to catch fast-moving e-commerce trends.
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese.
