Job Description
- Support the Business Director in coordinating and implementing business activities across the company.
- Provide translation and interpretation between Chinese – English – Vietnamese in meetings, partner communications, and internal coordination.
- Prepare and consolidate periodic business reports: sales performance, growth indicators, channel effectiveness, and market analysis.
- Monitor business KPIs of teams/partners, summarize results, and report directly to the Business Director.
- Assist in preparing proposals, bidding documents, business presentations, and contracts.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and business trips for the Business Director; act as the contact point with internal departments.
- Follow up on assigned tasks/projects and ensure progress is tracked and completed on time.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to support business activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Chinese and English (listening – speaking – reading – writing).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Languages, Administration, or related fields.
- +3 years of experience in roles such as Business Assistant, Executive Assistant, Sales Admin, Business Coordinator, or External Relations.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; ability to analyze data or prepare reports is an advantage.
- Professional communication, proactiveness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when required.
