Business Analyst (Sign-On Bonus)

• Understand the client’s business processes and requirements.
  
  Collaborate with Product Owners and AI leads to analyze needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions for Everfit.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI in workflows, define success metrics (e.g., accuracy, efficiency, personalization), and support end-to-end validation of AI features.
• Create clear documentation including Business Requirement Specs, workflows, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and wireframes (when needed).
• Work with the development team to ensure requirements are implemented correctly, maintaining traceability across requirements and implementation.
• Support AI product validation: help define evaluation criteria (precision, recall, user acceptance), assist UAT, verify issues, and validate AI behavior against business expectations.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, clarifying requirements in both business and system perspectives, and facilitating communication across teams.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Solid foundation in Web & Mobile app development workflows.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to stay focused in a dynamic environment.
• Experience refining requirements with customers/stakeholders, especially where outcomes may be probabilistic rather than deterministic.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., training data, model accuracy, bias, evaluation metrics), with the ability to explain them in simple, business-relevant terms.
