Job Description

  • Analyze and monitor driver (supply) operational performance, support planning, identify risks, and propose solutions to optimize resources and meet market delivery demand.
  • Collect, process, and analyze driver-related data (headcount, productivity, online hours, completion rate, order fulfillment rate, driver segmentation: full-time/part-time/new/returning, etc.).
  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and alerts to track daily, weekly, and monthly operations, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for management.
  • Collaborate with the Central Operations team to forecast order demand and propose driver recruitment and activation plans by area and period.
  • Analyze driver shortage/surplus causes and operational bottlenecks, then propose improvement initiatives.
  • Provide data and performance analysis to support driver growth and retention campaigns (e.g., new area expansion, high-performing driver engagement).

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operations, or planning, preferably in logistics, transportation, or e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; experience with SQL (BigQuery is a plus).
  • Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Metabase).
  • Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, and analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain data insights clearly to operations teams and management.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible with strong teamwork spirit.
