Job Description
Client & Business Development
- Proactively identify and hunt for prospective clients to fuel firm growth through aggressive outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building (daily/weekly, high priority).
- Actively seek and capitalize on opportunities to secure deals and drive revenue, leveraging market insights and strategic networking (ongoing, high priority).
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with monthly or quarterly revenue targets, taking ownership of the full deal-closing process (as needed, medium-high priority).
- Represent the firm at professional networking events, business associations, and chamber activities to enhance visibility and expand market reach (monthly/quarterly, high priority).
- Build and maintain Henrison Law’s professional presence on online platforms (LinkedIn, business forums, legal directories) by identifying collaboration or partnership opportunities with other organizations and advisors (weekly/monthly, medium priority).
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create or refine content (articles, posts, campaigns) that strengthen brand awareness and attract inbound leads (weekly/monthly, medium priority).
- Prepare and present company introduction materials, proposals, and tailored solutions to prospective clients or partners (as needed, medium priority).
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-ups, cross-selling relevant services, and identifying expansion opportunities (weekly/monthly, medium-high priority).
- Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems, ensuring accountability and follow-through (ongoing, medium priority).
- Monitor market and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic recommendations for improving business growth initiatives (monthly/quarterly, medium priority).
Project Coordination & Billing
- Lead and oversee project timelines, proactively monitoring progress, coordinating with internal teams (lawyers, accountants, marketing), and keeping clients informed to ensure successful delivery (daily/weekly, high priority).
- Prepare, track, and manage service proposals, engagement letters, contracts, invoices, and payment receipts with accuracy and diligence (weekly/monthly, medium-high priority).
- Follow up on billing and collections to ensure timely payment while maintaining a professional client experience (weekly/monthly, medium priority).
- Act as the primary client liaison, addressing queries promptly and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams (daily, medium priority).
- Support implementation of firm-wide BD activities and campaigns (seminars, webinars, partnership programs), ensuring logistics, client invitations, and post-event follow-ups are well executed (monthly/quarterly, medium priority).
- Provide regular reports on BD performance, pipeline status, and client engagement outcomes to management (weekly/monthly, medium priority).
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required
- Experience: At least 01 year of experience in business and market development with proven track record indicated by data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional initiative and drive to proactively lead projects and hunt for clients, with a focus on generating revenue and closing deals.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and financial management skills.
