Job Description

Bùi Thị Thúy Nga have become leading companies in providing comprehensive solutions for the jewelry and precious metal manufacturing industry. Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies, and electroplating chemicals in the Indochina region.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Branch Manager Ha Noi to support the company. Below are the details of the position:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Sales & Marketing Management

  • Be responsible for sales revenue of the assigned branch every month / quarter / year for the territory North Vietnam and Laos.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department in head quarter to carry out business plans and marketing plans such as fairs, workshops, customer conferences, new products' launching, digital marketing,…
  • Regular updating market and price information, taking part of market research and analysis, market entrance as well as market expanding plan
  • Directly in charge in Sales and Service of Key Accounts. Being responsible for direct customers' relation and policies in order to keep and maintain relations with decision makers of MNC
  • In charge of Team building and supervising of the branch, includes recruitment, onboarding, training, supervising their works as well as evaluating and promoting them
  • Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth.

2. Customer services

  • Implementing customer services strategy and annual plan to a monthly/weekly action plans.
  • Supervising, monitoring field service team's activities. Facilitate all communication channels, report system needed between headquarter and branch, visits of oversea suppliers and experts if needed, in order to ensure quality service on-time.
  • Training and developing team, support system and tools step by step to reach international standards of services

3. Branch Operations:

  • Take part of organizational planning, set KPIs and supervising daily tasks of all Branch's employees to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
  • Evaluate reports and performance and competency of each employee of the Branch on a regular basis, e.g: weekly / monthly / quarterly / year.
  • Monitor the proper implementation of the regulations, processes and procedures for the staff of the Branch.
  • Encourage and maintain a dynamic, disciplined and enthusiastic working environment and high engagement of team
  • Propose and responsible for the whole branch budget, all assets as well as other resources in the Branch. Shared responsibility with team and company about customer debts; evaluating credibility of customers, updating and report
  • Being in charge for all legal and foreign affairs, PR, marketing and communication activities and labor relations in compliance with company strategy, regulations and laws

Requirements

  • University graduated with major related to Business, Marketing, Engineering or Psychology
  • Good command in English.
  • At least 03 years of experience in Management of Sales or Business Development, or Marketing.
  • Experience in a professional working environment or sales and service of foreign customers, preferably in both Industrial Sales and FMCG, Pharmacy; Machinery, Chemicals, Technology-based products,…
  • Proficient in using computers, reporting and modern management tools preferably.
