BIM MEP Leader (Signing Bonus 1 Month Salary)

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICE and are looking for a BIM MEP Leader to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

• Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing ...
• Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
• Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.
• Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
• Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
• Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.

• Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent;
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API...); Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap;
• Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate Pro;
• Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred;
• Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology;
• Expertise in electrical or ventilation design;
• Able to communicate well in English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
