AI Engineer (NLP, LLM)

Strategy and Roadmap Execution:

• Collaborate with the AI team to understand the company’s AI strategy and roadmap.
• Provide frameworks and conduct research to support the execution of AI projects.
• Implement best practices for testing and fine-tuning machine learning models
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Everfit's AI projects.

Machine Learning Model Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Leverage the latest innovations in GPT-4 and GPT-4o, applying them to Everfit AI projects.
• Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and systems.
• Develop and implement a robust testing framework to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions. Collect and analyze user feedback to identify and prioritize areas for continuous improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
• Experience with other machine learning models is a plus.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Monitor the launching, testing, refining, maintaining, and improving of AI solutions at Everfit.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, designers, and QAs to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of AI solutions.
• Support Everfit’s initiatives

Data Infrastructure and Insights:

• Design data infrastructure to analyze datasets from various sources.
• Drive actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• AI System Maintenance and Improvement:
  • Maintain and improve existing AI systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Enhance the accuracy of health and fitness predictions through continuous improvement of AI systems.

• At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning, and AI
• Proficiency in one of Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning pipelines, and deep learning models (Such as CNN, Transformer-based model, and Large Language Model)
• Experience working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of data processing and analysis techniques, particularly in handling health and fitness data.
• Have experience launching different AI products with tabular data, text-based data, images.
• Be able to communicate effectively in English
