Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into real-world products and services.
Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines, including model training, serving, and monitoring.
Build scalable, secure backend systems using Python or other relevant languages.
Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment, orchestration, and scaling.
Participate in technical discussions with clients or presale activities to propose AI-based solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software and ML development.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and industry trends.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards when handling sensitive information.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Proficient in Python or other AI-relevant programming languages.
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including supervised learning, NLP, computer vision, deep learning, etc.
Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
Solid communication skills in English — both verbal and written — are mandatory.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP); cloud deployment experience is a plus.
Experience working in presales, technical proposal writing, or client-facing roles is a plus.
Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and software engineering best practices.
