Job Description
1. Responsibilities
a) Coordinate with the Sales Department to receive project information, verify details, and clarify with the client (receive brief).
b) Organize ideation, proposal development, cost estimation, and budgeting (CO, CE) for each project; monitor and control actual execution costs across the entire project.
c) Present and defend proposals to clients; negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
d) Manage the project team: assign tasks, supervise, evaluate performance, and handle arising issues.
e) Coordinate with the Operations Department to implement project activities effectively, safely, and on schedule. Ensure acceptance and approval at each project stage in accordance with the signed contract, including any amendments (if applicable).
f) Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department to handle payment, settlement, and receivables with clients and other stakeholders.
g) Monitor and report project progress, results, and issues to the Board of Directors.
h) Ensure all contractual requirements agreed with the client are fulfilled accurately, completely, and on time.
i) Review any changes arising during project execution, propose and negotiate addendums/contract attachments with the client in case of changes.
j) Ensure CO and CE are updated promptly when changes occur and approved by the Board of Directors before proceeding with the next phase of the project.
k) Organize post-mortem review meetings after bidding, contract signing, and project completion.
l) Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
2. Authority
a) Propose ideas, proposals, and quotations for projects.
b) Decide on work assignments for the project team and Operations team.
c) Recommend recruitment, promotion, rewards, or disciplinary actions for project team members.
d) Propose reasonable use of resources and equipment for projects within the approved project budget (CO, CE) under delegated authority.
e) Approve procurement and project-related expenses within the approved CO, CE limits.
f) Recommend adjustments to project costs or timelines in response to changes from the client or within the company.
Requirements
3. Minimum Competency Requirements
3.1 Education
College degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
Having a degree or certification in project management is an advantage.
3.2 Skills
Strong skills in project, time, budget, and risk management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible, well-organized, and capable of turning ideas into execution.
English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
3.3 Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and event organization.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or equivalent role.
Experience working with large, reputable clients across diverse industries.
3.4 Personality

3.5 Other Requirements

Good relationships with staffing agencies, including KOLs, for project implementation is an advantage.
