Job Description

Develop, upgrade, and enhance course content, teaching materials, and curriculums.

Select, evaluate, train, and coordinate the teaching staff.

Monitor quality control to ensure classes are conducted according to procedures and standards.

Conduct entry-level assessments and assign students to classes based on their proficiency.

Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Strong English skills, especially in listening, speaking, and pronunciation.

Preferably studying or holding a degree in English Teaching, English Linguistics, Business English, or related fields, or possessing English certifications (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, TESOL, etc.).

Passion for roles involving English.

Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Must own a personal laptop.
